RECLAIMS, SALES RETURNS, CHANGE 

Your satisfaction is the priority for us. If you are not satisfied with our products, please, contact us and our service team will find some solution for you without any delay. 

 

 

CHANGE OR RETURN OF THE GOODS 

We garanty a smooth return or exchange of the goods without giving any reason in statute of limitation of 14 days. When you call us or email us, we also offer the possibility to extend this period. 
 

What´s the process in case of return or exchange of the goods?

  1. Contact us and tell us if you want to return or exchange the product.  
  2. Please, pack the goods properly, so it will be not damaged during shipping. We also need to protect the cover of the item. 
  3. Put filled out form for avoidance of contract into the parcel.
  4. Send us the goods to the below addres (no Cash On Delivery) 
  5. We will transfer you money back or send the required product. 

 

If you want to return the goods without giving any reason, the goods doesn´t have to be damaged and it has to be in the original packing (with the complete documentation). 

 

 

GUARANTY

The guaranty starts on the first day of acceptance the product with the consumer. There is 24 months guaranty for the goods (if it´s not agreed alternatively or there is something different in the warrantee). The seller is responsible for all product´s faults while receiving the goods or during the guaranty period. You can find more about guaranty in terms of trade.

 

SALES RETURNS

Our products are tested and checked properly before shipping. But if you still find some defect, we ensure a smooth process of reclaim.  Zajistíme vyzvednutí reklamace naším kurýrem a urychlený proces vyřízení.

 

How does the procedure of the possible reclaim look?

OPTION - PICK UP:

  1. Contact us and describe the reason of the reclaim.
  2. We will arrange together the date of pick up by our courier. 
  3. Pack the goods carefully, so it will be not damaged during the transport, we also need that the packaging of the product wil stay safe during the shipping. 
  4. Please, put the fulfiled reclaim form  in the box. 
  5. We will send a courier, who will pick up the parcel at the agreed time. 
  6. We will take over the goods and check the defect. 
  7. We transfer you money back for the defect product (or if you are interested, we will replace the product with the new one). 

 

OPTION - SHIPPING:

  1. Contact us and describe the reason of the reclaim.
  2. Pack the goods carefully, so it will be not damaged during the transport, we also need that the packaging of the product wil stay safe during the shipping. 
  3. Please, put the fulfiled reclaim form  in the box.
  4. Send us the goods to the below addres (NO Cash On Delivery) 
  5. We will take over the goods and check the defect. We transfer you money back for the defect product (or if you are interested, we will replace the product with the new one). 
  6.  Send us a picture of the certificate of shipping and we will also transfer you money back for the transport.

If you are going to use your own form, please, don´t forget to write following details: 
- addres
- Order number
- ID and name of the product (see invoice)
- choose the option, how to proceed
- bank account number (in case you require to get money back)
- copy of the invoice as a proof that the goods was bought from our company 

 

 

DAMAGED PARCEL

We always prepare the goods very carefully for the transport to be delivered on time and all right. But it can still come to possible damage, in that case we are here, ready to solve it asap.
