Since 1991, the production of wooden kits of the PONY brand has taken place in Mirošovice near Prague. In 2015, production was relocated to Wallachia. The PONY kits carry the beauty of the natural beech wood and, among other things, support the development of fine motor skills in children. Through play, the kit is able to develop the child's skills and strengthen bonds between children and parents. In most cases the kits will draw in dads, moms, grandpas, grandmas, uncles, and everyone, to make time to play with their loved ones even during these times. Thanks to its ingenious design, the wooden kit PONY stands at the forefront of wooden kits not only in Czechia, but also in Europe. The production of the wooden kit itself involves many tasks, several of them being essential. It is most importantly about a thorough control of the wood's moisture, using precise tools for drilling. The quality of turning and drilling of individual parts is also important. The beech tree is dried in special kilns with a total volume (100m/3) and therefore it's possible to influence the initial material to the production. The surface finish is also precise. The development of the PONY wooden kit dates back to 1991, when the academic painter Jaroslav Chadima (the author of the kit) created this timeless toy. Since 1991, the production of PONY wooden kits has been taking place in Mirošovice near Prague. During 2015, the production was moved to Wallachia. PONY building sets carry the beauty of natural beech material and, among other things, primarily support the development of fine and gross motor skills in the child. The kit can playfully develop the child's abilities and also strengthen their relationship with their parents. In most cases, the kit will also draw dads, mothers, grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles and all those who, even in today's hectic times, take the time to play with their loved ones. Thanks to its sophisticated design, PONY is at the forefront of quality wooden building sets not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Europe. The production of the kit itself involves many tasks, but a few of them are essential. First of all, there is the consistent control of the moisture content of the lumber, the use of precise drilling tools. Furthermore, the quality of turning and drilling of individual parts is important. The beech wood is dried in our own drying rooms with a total volume of 100 m3 and therefore it is possible to influence the input material for production in a significant way. The surface finish of all parts of the PONY wooden kit is also precise.
